We are thankful to have 2 kinds of Yoga available to inlets residents. We have sessions of traditional Yoga led by our neighbors Keith and Marlene Larson.
Currently classes are 10:00 am Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
We also offer gentle Yoga classes, using a chair for stability, which uses a DVD for instruction. This class works to improve Balance, Strength and Flexibility throughout your whole body. The chair yoga program is helpful for residents who may need the chair for balance - and prefer not to use a mat on the floor. Classes for Chair Yoga are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11:15 a.m. A different tape is used on Monday, Wednesday and Friday so there is a nice variety in the three classes.
