Inlets use of Entry Front Gate Phone System form SR2

You have several options for submitting a form. 

  • Pick up a blank form from the Inlets Office door in the Inlets Clubhouse, fill it out and then drop it off at the Inlets Office Inbox (or under the Inlets Office door) in the Inlets Clubhouse.

  • Download the form as PDF or docx, print, and fill out the form, and then drop it off at the Inlets Office Inbox (or under the Inlets Office door) in the Inlets Clubhouse.

  • Fill out the online form below, then follow the instructions to create a PDF file of it and email that PDF file to theinletsnokomis@gmail.com
When you have the form completely filled out, click the grey "SAVE COMPLETED FORM via PRINT dialog" button​ (at the top left of the form). Under Destination, choose "save to PDF." The file name will autofill. It is helpful if you add your unit number to the end of the filename. Then click Save to save the page with the completed form to your computer. Next, open your email and attach the file and send it to: theinletsnokomis@gmail.com

    INSTRUCTIONS:
    • Visitor scrolls for name. (Screen starts mid-alphabet; so, scroll up or down as needed). Then press CALL OR Visitor enters” # “ plus the 4 digit code number for your unit and then presses CALL.
    • Your phone will ring.
    • After you identify your visitor and wish to permit entry, press “6” on your phone keypad. This hangs up the phone and opens the gate which will then close automatically.
    • No more than two phone numbers may be entered in the phone system box.

    PRIMARY  ACCESS PHONE NUMBER:
    • PHONE NAME #1:  you may want to use an initial for the first name, since program has a 14 character-limit
    SECONDARY  ACCESS PHONE NUMBER:
    • PHONE NAME #2:  you may want to use an initial for the first name, since program has a 14 character-limit
