    Responsibilities of the Requester

    RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REQUESTER:
    • Any necessary repairs to underground service lines.
    • Any future damage of any type that may be caused by the change.
    • Removing all debris or extra material weekly until the completion of the project. 
    • If you plan to remove a tree, remember that tree trunk, stump and surface roots must be removed down to grass level. If another tree will not be planted, the area must be covered with sod. Neighbors must be made aware before tree removal.
