ANNUAL NOTICE – Insurance Deductibles for 2025
​

The purpose of this notice is to conform to the Florida Statute requiring Condominium Associations to notify all unit owners annually of the current insurance policy deductibles.  Following is detailed information regarding the insurance deductibles provided by our Association’s insurance policies for The Inlets Condominium Association and The Inlets Common Facilities Corporation.

Condominium Association:
Deductibles are as follows:

• Superior Specialty non-windstorm Commercial Package - $10,000 all other perils
  • General Liability portion no deductible
  • Crime portion $2,000 deductible
• CITIZENS Windstorm - 5% of insured value for hurricane, 1% all other wind
• AMERICAN COASTAL Commercial Package – 5% of insured value for hurricane,
  

           $5,000 all other perils

• Directors & Officers - $1,000
• Workers Compensation – none
• Umbrella – none; helps provide additional liability coverage to the General Liability, Directors & Officers and/or Workers Compensation policies if any of these limits are ever exhausted.
• Flood Excluded

Common Facilities Corporation:
Deductibles are as follows:

• Commercial Package - $2,500
  • General Liability portion no deductible
• Windstorm - 3% of insured value for hurricane, 1% all other wind
• Directors & Officers - $1,000

• Umbrella – none; helps provide additional liability coverage to the General Liability, Directors & Officers and/or Workers Compensation policies if any of these limits are ever exhausted.

• Flood Insurance - $1,250
• Commercial     Crime - $5,000
• Workers Compensation – none

These deductibles were voted on at the Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
