    **​    Clubhouse Security Deposit:  $250.00, due before event (Refundable if no damage and left clean)​**

    **Separate checks for the fees are required, payable to The Inlets Common Facilities.**
    ​
    • Use of tables, chairs and coffee urns is permitted.  All accessories must be provided by renter, such as dishes, flatware, tablecloths, etc. Set up may begin 5 hours in advance of the event and only if the clubhouse main room is not being used by residents.
    • Arrange to have Clubhouse cleaned before noon the following day.  The carpet must be vacuumed and spot-cleaned with available carpet cleaner, kitchen floor mopped, and the stove, sink, oven and countertops cleaned.
    • Both bathrooms must be cleaned.
    • Tables and chairs must be returned to proper storage area.
    • All trash and recyclables must be placed in appropriate containers outside (large blue for recyclable and not food).  If full, you must use your own container.
    • Smoking is not permitted in, or around the Clubhouse, and all recreational areas
    • Turn out lights; turn air conditioning to 84 degrees and ceiling fans off.
    • Close and lock all exterior doors.
    • All keys are to be returned by noon of the following day.
    • ARE PROHIBITED THE USE OF:   
      • Any charcoal or propane grill
      • Tennis & shuffleboard courts, pool and spa, and exercise room
      • The Inlets electronic equipment
    • An interview with Clubhouse chairman or representative is required.
    • Use of Clubhouse is limited to The Inlets owners, family & friends, not office parties, church groups, outside clubs, etc.
    • Rental fee based on reasonable duration, to be concluded by 10:00 p.m.

​INLETS BOAT & R.V. STORAGE AREA REGISTRATION
One registration form for each space used
​The Inlets Rules and Regulations IX RV STORAGE AREA
A. - The RV Storage Area is for the storage of RVs, boats, and trailers belonging to residents and for guests of residents who are staying more than four (4) days.  Unauthorized use of this area will result in the towing of illegally parked vehicles. 
B. - The fenced-in area is secured by a gate, which must be locked when a person leaves the RV storage lot. 
C. - A stored vehicle must be registered with The Inlets Office. A deposit is required for a gate key. For emergency access The Office, or after hours a Board Member, may loan a key for immediate return. 
D. - Contact a member of the RV Lot Committee for an assigned parking space. The owners name must be displayed at the front of the vehicle or trailer. The area must be kept clear of debris. Any items  found in the area, not stored aboard the boat or RV will be discarded. 
E. - Unregistered, abandoned, or unsightly boats or trailers will be removed thirty (30) days following notification by letter, if the owner has not contacted the RV Storage Chairperson.
