CORPORATION RULES & REGULATIONS As of November 18, 2010
XIII POOL AND SPA
A. All owners, tenants, and guests shall use the pool and spa at their own risk, as no
lifeguard is provided.
B. Pool hours shall be from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, except when a pool is closed for
maintenance, exercise classes, or organized Inlets functions.
C. EVERYONE MUST SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING POOL OR SPA.
D. Suntan lotions and oils must, at all times, be washed off with soap and water before entering the pool or spa. Anyone using suntan oils shall cover the furniture with a towel before sunning.
E. Only proper bathing attire shall be permitted. No nudity or topless bathing is allowed in the pool or spa areas.
F. To avoid soiling the pool, children who are not toilet trained and anyone who is incontinent must wear waterproof pants.
G. The spa is not a wading pool. No child under ten (10) years of age may use the spa. Children aged 10 through 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
H. Flippers and playthings of any kind are forbidden in the pools. Safety equipment, exercise aids and floats, except inner tubes, are permitted under appropriate supervision.
I. No diving, running, horseplay, or unruly behavior shall be allowed at any time in the pool/spa area.
J. All persons must clear the pool areas during an electrical storm.
K. Provided receptacles must be used for disposal of smoking and other trash materials.
L. Umbrellas must be rolled down when leaving the pool area.
M. People with infectious or contagious diseases are not allowed in the pool or spa at
any time.
N. While using the pool or spa, all residents and guests must park in the Clubhouse parking lot, not on the road.
O. For safety reasons, all children under age 14 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other adult 18 years of age or older. This adult is responsible for supervising the children to ensure their safety and compliance with these
rules.
P. No bicycles, tricycles, skates, skate boards, or scooters are allowed in the pool area.
