THE  INLETS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. and THE INLETS COMMON FACILITIES 
                         CORPORATION RULES & REGULATIONS
As of November 18, 2010

III.   PETS 

     A.   No more than two (2) small household pets shall be permitted per Unit. 

     B.   A limit of 40 pounds for an adult pet will be enforced. Pets exceeding the 40  pound limit that were living in The
Inlets prior to February 1999 will not be in violation of  this rule and are grandfathered in, under our Rules and regulations. Replacement of a grandfathered pet must comply with the 40 lb. rule. Prospective Buyers with pets over 30 lbs.,  shall obtain a licensed veterinarians certificate authenticating the weight, or expected adult weight, of the pet prior to obtaining approval to move into The Inlets. This requirement also applies to Inlets residents who expect to acquire new pets. 
 
     C.  Dogs must be leashed at all times when off the owners property. Leashes are not to exceed six (6) feet in length.
 
     D.  All pet excrement must be picked up immediately and properly disposed of, including cleanup on the pet owners property as well.
 
     E.   No exotic pets, including reptiles, are allowed.
 
     F.   No Pit Bull dogs are allowed.  Pets that become a nuisance to the community, a danger to our
  residents, or are otherwise in violation of these Rules, will be ordered to be
  removed from the premises.
