1. To Approve the Mailing of the 2024 Common Facilities Operating and Reserve Budget to The
Inlets residents. (Common)
2. To Approve the Mailing of the 2024 Condominium Association Budget to The Inlets Residents
(Condo)
3. Motion to approve Tyack CPA & Company to perform the Review and Tax Services for
The Inlets Common Facilities Corporation for the 2024 Fiscal Year in the amount of
$4,025.00.
4. Motion to approve Tyack CPA & Company to perform the Audit and Tax Services for The
Inlets Condominium Association Inc. for the 2024 Fiscal Year in the amount of
$7,425.00.
5. Motion to authorize payment to Compare Lawn Care in an amount not to exceed
$6,000.00 for dump fees and fuel costs for removal of debris in the Inlets caused by
Hurricane Milton.
Rationale and discussion
Currently FEMA has authorized the pickup of storm debris on public
residential streets. I do not see that changing. Even though residents are
responsible for the cost of storm damage removal it is important to have the
lawns and common areas clean to mow and operate the irrigation system. I
am only recommending this during unusual circumstances. Hurricane Milton
directly affected the Inlets.
